Today, Artur Truš, Chairman of the Lithuanian Crewing Companies Association, delivered a presentation on leadership to 8th grade students at Verdenės Progymnasium. He shared his personal journey – from starting with zero clients and zero revenue to leading multiple companies operating internationally.
But the key message was simple:
“Leadership doesn’t start with a title. It starts with a decision.”
A decision to take responsibility, choose discipline, and act with integrity – even when no one is watching. He reminded students that confidence doesn’t come from victories – it comes from overcoming difficulties.
“Because true leadership begins long before someone calls you a leader,” emphasized Artur.
